La ruta is one of the happening race on till my life. also with out training i did this!! 1st stage 110km this is my first long race and there is 10km hiking with mud & moor then nine rivers. on the 2nd stage i had a problem in my right leg witch is on the 30% steep up hill. then after i cant puss paddle my self. but i did good on the 3rd stage moor then i accepted. but its not gonna help for overall result because i completely lost on the last stage i took moor 21km. its gonna be add one hour in my overall result. any way i lorn to many things from this race witch going to help to my coming races. thanks to jenny & peter for sponsor me. about the costa rica its amazing & beautiful place love it....
